Our Social Change team have been invited by the City of Sydney to present practical advice and tips for businesses at the ‘Good Access is Good for Business’ networking breakfast to improve the accessibility of the city. Recently, Lived Experience Coordinator, Sarah Hirst teamed up with the City of Sydney to create a promotional video highlighting how good access is good for business. Sarah will also be presenting her thoughts and insights at the event to help attendees understand how they can improve their accessibility and enhance profitability as well.

Our team is focused on presenting simple ways that businesses can improve their customer service, physical environment and communication to make sure they’re accessible for people with low vision or blindness.
